In recent weeks, INTERPOL has issued orders of prosecution for a number of members and supporters of Hekmatist Party under “Terrorism.” The activists all live in different countries. Their prosecution was issued by the court and judge of the Islamic Republic in Sanandaj. INTERPOL also posted “WANTED” posters for them.

תביעה והבאה לדין כנגד מספר פעילים בגין אשמתם ב"טרוריזם"

הפעילים חיים כולם בארצות נפרדות. 

צווי התביעה כנגדם הוצאו כולם לבקשת בית  הדין שברפובליקת סאנאנדאנג'

This is a dirty act and an obvious and shameful collaboration with one of the most criminal governments of the contemporary history against opponents of this regime and it should be condemned by any political party and any freedom-loving human being.

INTERPOL should naturally know that any activist of the Islamic Republic’s opposition is prosecuted by the government courts as a “terrorist,” “saboteur, “rebels,” etc. They know well that the legal system of the Islamic Republic is not an acceptable one with any recognizable means and standards. These so-called courts are part of the machinery of oppressing people by the Islamic Republic.

על האינטרפול להכיר בעובדה שכלל הפעילים באופוזציה של הרפובליקה האיסלמית נתונים בסכנה של עמידה לדין כטרוריסטים, מורדים, גורמים חתרניים וכדומה וכי המערכת השיפוטית של הרפובליקה האיסלמית באיראן אינה מקובלת ואינה מזוהה על ידי שום אמצעים וסטנדרטים. בתי המשפט של הרפובליקה האיסלמית  הם למעשה מכשיר המשמש לדיכויים של אזרחיה.

These are the machinery of giving legitimacy to killing, terror, and execution of tens of thousands of critics and opponents of the Islamic government because of their smallest criticism and opposition. The same judges and courts and all those in charge of the Islamic government, based on a lot of facts and evidences, are terrorists, criminals and murderers who have tens of private claimants against them and in any system and society with a minimum of humane and just standards they should be tried

בתי המשפט של הרפובליקה האיסלמית באיראן משמשים למעשה למתן לגיטימציה לטרור, הריגה והוצאה להורג של עשרות אלפים מבין מתנגדי המשטר .

Today, not only the people of Iran but the world itself recognizes them as murderers and criminals. Does this organization intend to be an appendage of the Revolutionary Guards and oppressive machineries of Islamic dictatorship and other dictatorships of the world? If INTERPOL wants to put this policy in effect it would undoubtedly face the wave of opposition from the Iranian people and all the noble people of the world.
The Worker-Communist Party strongly condemns the act by INTERPOL and asks them to take back the decree for the prosecution of the people and apologize to them individually. We should stand against this measure of INTERPOL and drive it back. We call on all the freedom-loving people, all the human rights defending organizations and all the political organizations in opposition to the Islamic Republic to counter this inhumane and shameful policy.
